Harsha holds a masters qualification in project management from University of Moratuwa. His qualifications and work experience spans a gamut of disciplines in the fields of Civil Engineering, ie Construction & Project Management and Consultancy. Harsha has 25 years of professional experience, of which 15 years has been solely dedicated to Project Management. Harsha is also affiliated to the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka and the Engineering Council of the United Kingdom

Colin is the most senior M & E engineer in the construction industry and is an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Engineers of Sri Lanka. He plays a vital role on the Charter Board of the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka by giving approval to new Chartered Engineers.

Neville's experience spans more than 20 years in the construction industry. His forte lies in his practical knowledge of construction. His knowledge in the technical field, experience in foreign markets and abilities to source foreign contacts and innovative supplies make him an asset to the company.
